a bit more on me?
i was born in Lisboa, Portugal, on September 1986. i have a degree and a master in Communication (Media & Journalism) by Catholic University of Portugal. during my studies, i've worked as a freelance journalist at Lux Magazine; and then i've joined other media companies: Channel V (Cabovisão), Sabado Magazine and Tentações, and also Chocolate Magazine (Luanda, Angola based). in 2011, i received an invitation to be a fashion & lifestyle blogger at betrend and trendalert.me websites.
in 2013 i've moved to Dubai to work as cabin crew with Emirates Airline - i was in need of exploring new professional environments! in Dubai, i also wrote to Pashion Magazine, a women, luxury and travel magazine based in Cairo but distributed in all the Arabian Peninsula. later on in 2013 i've joined a New Beginning For Portugal (ANBFP), an association of portuguese entrepreneurs and volunteers originally from the United States; with my communication background and experience i've helped where i was needed. in 2014 i moved back to Portugal, Lisboa, and that's where i'm currently based. i've been trying to specialized myself by doing some workshops and courses on the fields i'm passionate about.
on December 2013, i went to London for a styling and interior design course at Central Saint Martins (UAL), taught by the stylist Tara Larkin with 10 years experience in the UK market.
more recently, on September 2014, i've joined a facebook marketing (& other social networks) workshop, taught by Virgínia Coutinho, author of 'The Social Book - Everything you need to know about Facebook'.
after that, i worked as a community and content manager at Benext, Design & Advertising.
since i couldn't overcome my passion for flying thanks to Emirates, i've decided to join TAP Portugal by becoming a Flight Attendant with Portugalia Airlines (TAP Express). that's what i am doing nowadays, in addition to my digital work as a blogger.
i’m always available for new opportunities, projects and collaborations, so feel free to contact me.
